The General Manager of Insurance will be responsible for developing and scaling a segment vertical for Broadridge focused on the Insurance market. This person will sharpen go-to-market strategies, provide industry context and relationships, and more effectively guide investments that increase insurance use case relevancy. The General Manager will be responsible for the Insurance Services P&L, while guiding activities and resources across sales, product development and client services to meet business objectives and increase revenue and profitability. Responsibilities:
Own a P&L with accountability for sales, revenue and expense management including the development of KPIs to measure results. Build a team to develop, deploy and market products and services in the insurance market in partnership with other ICS businesses Identify the market opportunities to serve insurance clients in areas such as policy communications, claims management, pricing and marketing - levering the breadth of ICS solutions, with specific focus on digitization and platform opportunities. Build out a more vertically focused sales team to deepen industry understanding for improved win rates, generating up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Guide activities and resources across sales, product development and client services to support the investment case, meet business objectives and increase revenue and profitability. Review current insurance accounts and pipeline discussions to better understand client needs and potential for expanded relationships, and deepen dialogue with targeted engagement on high potential opportunities areas. Partner with key stakeholders to define roadmaps, sales targets, improve client onboarding, speed integration and enhance core functionality. Assess current product capabilities versus insurance market needs/aspirations and develop a roadmap that delivers value. Define the sales and GTM approach through generating vertical-specific demos and sales collateral to support GTM activities. Provide strategic focus and direction to existing Sales and Product teams. Experience:

years experience, including 5
at a senior executive level within the Insurance industry Ability to persuade, influence and inspire executive stakeholders and C-suite leaders Prior experience leading a P&L with accountability for sales, revenue and expense management including successfully creating and outperforming expected KPIs Demonstrated success of building and leading high performing teams built on trust and efficiency Identifies highest impact business opportunities to set direction for the team Draws on deep expertise and knowledge of the insurance industry to define the strategic direction and shape the vision for the team Successfully works in a matrix environment by demonstrating agility and interpersonal savvy Demonstrates authentic leadership that builds trust and strong relationships Embraces and leads change, takes risks and is open to new ideas
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
