Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic sales leader to build and maintain our business pipeline in alignment with our strategic goals and core competencies. As Director of Sales you will be responsible for outerwear, outdoor and swim product categories but must also be capable and motivated to sell any of the vast products and services within the group. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit you should understand the business P&L, along with key profitability drivers that impact our bottom line. Taking full ownership of new customer development, you will oversee the end-to-end process from product trends, development, and sourcing which ultimately results in selling more commercially viable products.
Responsibilities:
o Present and sell full product line to all major accounts including, Specialty, Club and Big Box Retailers o Expand customer channel by identifying and selling existing product categories into new customers o Deepen existing customer relationships by selling addition product expertise to existing customers o Identify white space opportunities o Shop market to understand industry trends o Maintain margins and profitability o Team player willing to work across divisions to cross-sell the companies full capabilities o Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key retail and supply chain partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 7
years related work experience Strong knowledge of apparel products; specifically, outdoor and swim (all genders) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of supply chain Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize Detail oriented and organized Entrepreneurial spirit Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
