Responsibilities Essential Functions Leads business process reviews focused on both internal business process workflows as well as external business process workflows Supports the Sales team as applicable by helping to scope work, provide sales demos, and provide technical knowledge and solutions as needed Estimates LOE for requirements and scope items Acts as escalation point for technical issues Mentors junior resources in Experience Cloud best practices Responsible for direct ownership of a particular project component or work stream for larger projects Builds, tests, and deploys Delivers best practice declarative configurations according to project and client timelines Develops and provides training and materials on iterative cadence, and meeting the client's educational/training needs Utilizes project resources and delegate Experience Cloud tasks in a manner that optimizes project efficiencies Manages priorities in complex environments Executes ConvergeOne first class client delivery Qualifications Required Qualifications 4 to 6 years' experience in the Salesforce declarative environment 2 to 3 years minimum of implementing Experience Cloud Deep understanding of general Salesforce platform and Experience Cloud architecture Experience Cloud certified and Service Cloud Certified Experience writing user stories, test scripts, and solution design documentation Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies for both technical and non-technical people Ability to work in flexible teams, and bring subject matter expertise to solve problems and foster growth among colleagues Ability to think outside the box and design innovative solutions for clients Excellent Leadership and Management skills Desired/Preferred Qualifications Architect certifications
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
