Key Responsibilities Consistent restaurant evaluations in responsible market, with follow up and training to local operators to execute the same evaluations Successful time and task management of new market timelines through current project management tools. Work together with Area Directors and training department to execute hands on training for our partners at every level or their organization Monthly follow up on operations organizational chart for responsible market, and restaurant level manager and team pipelines. Manage against monthly dashboard results, and correlating people gaps in partner businesses. Work together with all key stakeholders in our business to be up to date, relevant and driving the Shake Shack goals and initiatives Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years at a progressive restaurant or hospitality company, preferably supporting a global brand, with substantial experience in managing licensed partner relationships. Preferably majority of experience in international environment. Domestic or International licensing background with multiple unit operations full P&L accountability experience Word, Excel, Power Point, project management software
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
