com, IMDb TV, Twitch, Fire TV, and Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party (3P) websites and apps.
We seek candidates who want to join a team focused on building large-scale systems that integrate across multiple sources to provide unique advertising products.
These products give advertisers the controls and data necessary to improve the relevancy and performance of their ads.
As a Senior Program Manager you will support a critical portion of our global services team that works with our enterprise agency and advertiser clients to drive expertise for the end users of our programmatic advertising DSP.
You will help the team define the long term program goals, manage these programs through their lifecycle and establish mechanisms to help manage the business.
You will use your program management background to enhance and improve customer experience as well as influence our product roadmaps, define end to end processes and drive the resolution of product features.
You will also develop and report on KPIs and metrics.
The right person for this role is highly capable of leading through influence across business, operations, and technology.
You have a great track record of delivering complex projects and have impressed your stakeholders at all levels with your ability to communicate both written and verbally.
You have demonstrated problem-solving capabilities across both technical and non-technical teams.
You know how to scale resources, processes, and tools to support a fast growing, startup like business.
This position requires a candidate who has proven leadership ability, thrives on ambiguity, and is a self-starter.
The successful candidate will:
Navigate a high level of ambiguity.
You will identify key business problems to prioritize on behalf of the business, then present the solutions to solve those problems.
Develop and lead local, regional, and global initiatives impacting organization, innovation, and efficiency Execute the effective and efficient delivery of customer experience improvements through service improvements Partner with senior management within the locale and across our global footprint to discover and share successes and failures Have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with data to develop new opportunity areas, track program metrics, and use findings to influence business decisions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
