Principal ISV Success Manager: Exchanges/Clearing Partners- Global Financial Services

As an AWS Partner Solution Area Lead in Global Financial Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mindshare and adoption of Amazon Web Services in the Financial Services industry.
Your mission will be to engage and support joint sales with Financial Exchange and Clearing partners to accelerate AWS-based solution adoption by Financial Services customers.
In this role, you will establish strategic business and technical relationships and formal partnerships with Exchange and Clearing solution providers, leveraging your experience in this space as well as knowledge of financial services end customer needs.
You will have day-to-day interactions with these partners to support their delivery of solutions, as well as joint marketing initiatives and customer engagements.
You will also be a strategic lead for these partners in global financial services, and will be responsible for building and executing a cross-organization plan to accelerate engagement and success with Financial Services customers.
You will be a subject matter expert on these organizations and the use of their solutions, and help drive momentum for use of AWS for the solutions across the industry.
The ideal candidate will possess the business background that enables them to engage and interact at the executive level, as well as a technical experience that enables deep interaction with software developers and architects, especially as it pertains to financial Exchanges and Clearing solutions.
The candidate should also have demonstrated the ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions for Financial Services customers.

Responsibilities:
- Set a strategic business development plan for partnering with financial Exchange and Clearing partners in alignment with financial services customer needs and AWS' strategic direction.
This includes developing detailed account plans to track the progress of each solution provider and achievement to goals.
Execute this plan with key internal stakeholders (e.
g.
service teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.
).
- Prioritize and assign sales and partner development coverage for Partners that are targeted for accelerated growth.
- Manage a portfolio of Exchange and Clearing Partners to grow their adoption of AWS and support their business in financial services in collaboration with account teams and Partner Development resources.
- Understand the Partners' technical requirements and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
- Support the Partners as they develop their solutions through formal AWS APN programs (and other resources) and differentiate their solution in the financial services industry.
- Understand the legal, compliance, security, technical, and procurement considerations and certifications specific to financial services that impact your partners- Engage the Partners' field sales organizations, marketing, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
