JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Strategic Planning will develop and direct the short and long-range goals of the organization including analyzing and evaluating IT infrastructure opportunities built around key business opportunities and initiatives. Partners with IAB (Infrastructure Architecture Board) to create IT Infrastructure strategy roadmap based on those opportunities and partners with engineering and project-based teams by creating process and procedures to implement functional strategies. Identifies organizational strengths and weaknesses, conducts market analysis, drives innovation by researching technology opportunities, and leads the planning, development, and analysis of business objectives. JOB FUNCTIONS o Oversees daily planning operations, including standards, oversight, and documentation o Collaborates with busines executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization. o Create architecture and technology roadmap and plans of record defining both short-term and long-term IT infrastructure strategy o Understand technology trends and work with service vendors to evaluate opportunities o Create and maintain the IT Lab environment JOB RESPONSIBILITIES o Sets the strategic direction of the IT Infrastructure team o Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. o Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. o Oversees the daily workflow of the department. o Partners with Engineering, Client Services Delivery, Operations, Client Services to deliver an infrastructure that meets the needs of the business and its' supporting organizations OTHER RELATED DUTIES o Perform other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education and
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree preferred. o 7-10 years of previous IT infrastructure planning experience o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, Power Point and Power BI o Experience with working with senior level executives and IT design engineers setting IT infrastructure policy o Experience working with vendors on understanding technology trends o Experience creating Plan of Records (POR) o Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers and/or subcontractors. o Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Thorough understanding of business management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques. o Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong supervisory and leadership skills. o Strong attention to detail and high concern for identifying savings opportunities and achieving those savings. o Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. o Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. o Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation. o Ability to travel.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
