Depending on the business assigned to (Procurement or ICS), attorney would draft, review mark-ups and negotiate commercial contracts such as:
for Procurement:
SaaS agreements, software licenses, hardware and equipment purchasing agreements, market data agreements, open source licensing, data center (traditional and colocation) agreements, mailing agreements, consulting engagements and professional services agreements, possible real estate licenses; for ICS:
registered shareholder (i.e. shares held directly, not through a broker) agreements (such as Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Services Schedules,), Transfer Agency (TA) agreements (where BR is named as an agent for a depository, warrant exchange, escrow or paying agent), as well as RFP markups or issues lists; possibly also proxy and other agreements relating to beneficial shareholders. Other projects as requested by the Chief Counsel.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
