Sales Enablement Lead

Job summaryWe are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Enablement Lead to transform the customer and sales experience for our Local Ads Business.
In this role, you will evolve the current GTM approach for Local Ads by refining the core narrative of our products, developing compelling marketing collateral and creating both internal and external training programs that will put our sellers and partners in the best position to be successful in pitching our solutions.
You will work cross functionally across sales and business development to help create a customer first sales narratives that differentiates the Amazon Local ad products and offerings.
This involves working with insights and research, different sales methodologies and collateral options that best resonates with partners and their advertisers.
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert on all Amazon Local ad products and offerings and responsible for building our sales toolkit and owning relationships with outside vendors who are involved in the aforementioned tasks.
As a Sales Enablement Lead, you are able to identify stakeholder needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You help your customers and (where appropriate) engineering teams make trade-offs by considering the larger picture (e.
g.
, customer experience, financial goals, compliance, legal, brand, public relations, process workflow dependencies, metrics, quality, efficiency, etc.
).
You partner with other managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
You help teams determine where to iterate to make improvements.
You determine if success metrics are in place, and if not, you work to define them.
This role also requires solution evangelism both internally and externally with partners and potential partners, as you will be responsible for creating strategic momentum for the Local Ads Business in the marketplace.
To be successful in this role, it is critical that you have the ability to design and deliver training and enablement curricula, analyze research and have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Excellent program management, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

To drive the right outcomes, you take the time to understand relevant business requirements and goals.
Create and maintain enablement materials such as sales collateral, solution narratives and training collateral Build mechanisms to ensure that programs are continually updated to capture new priorities, services, or tools Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Partner training programs, Training and Certification (T&C) offerings, course roadmap, to serve as a trusted advisor to partners.
Additionally, build and deliver learning initiatives that facilitate knowledge both internally with sales and externally with partner Develop and maintain an effective process focused on providing timely and targeted content for sales enablement and continuously improving the field knowledge transfer and learning needs.
Assist in the development of the master plan and calendar for customer and sales enablement activities throughout the year.
Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments Work with internal and external vendors to gather helpful local insights that the Local team can use to support its sales efforts Manage the Local Ads team's inclusion in the Partner Network, and how to best utilize this resource.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
