Amazon Publisher Services is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager who will manage a portfolio of third-party programmatic buyers.
The ideal candidate will combine proven experience managing partnerships with an understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, in order to drive optimum value for our programmatic buyer customers.
In this role, you will:
Manage strategic, operational, and technical aspects of relationships with programmatic buyers.
Develop friendly, collaborative, and long-term partnerships.
Oversee onboarding of new buyer demand and proactively find and execute optimization opportunities.
Understand and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
Innovate, develop, and iterate on services based on customer feedback.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
Employ consultative, long term approach and build productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the customer's organization.
Analyze performance data and provide data-driven insights to improve our programs Investigate and work directly with technical teams to help them troubleshoot customer issues.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
