Agency Training Program Manager (Twitch Gameplan)

As an Agency Training Program Manager (Twitch Gameplan), you will help run the external facing training and certification for Twitch Advertising.
You will analyze advertiser training needs, design & develop learning and other enablement programs, and evaluate & iterate on an on-going basis.
We're looking for someone creative and with an Instructional Design or learning background with strong business presence to help manage cross-functional relationships and drive programs with internal stakeholders and external vendors from start to finish.
Responsibilities? Design and develop, in conjunction with outsourced vendors, learning assets for our global teams to support advertiser learning at scale.
? Establish and implement an instructional design methodology for both instructor-led content and self-paced, digital content which delivers a blended and right-sized experience for audiences within the scope of assigned projects.
? Work closely with internal and outsourced facilitators to develop effective and engaging training programs for external audiences.
? Conduct content development sessions and lead discussions around how to identify learning objectives and which learning modalities are most appropriate.
? Identify and define the ROI metrics for the program and utilize for continuous improvement.
? Build relationships with Sales, Agency and other cross-functional business partners, globally, to collaborate on skill gaps and learning priorities for our advertising partners.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
