We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Manager- Finance include:
o Perform detailed analysis of financials including but not limited to sales, revenue, expenses, margins and variance/trend analysis o Ensure month end close activities are performed accurately and to required timelines o Identify, lead, and follow-through with projects and initiatives relating to data analytics, metric quantification, invoicing process documentation, transition, and re-engineering, revenue management o Maintain, develop and implement internal controls and procedures for compliance with SOX, regulations from the SEC and client contracts; maintain procedure documentation o Provide commentary on revenue conversions and revenue drivers to management o Mentor leadership on revenue management through identifying key cost drivers, problem areas, and providing financial support/measurement of key initiatives o Manage and own volume driven workload of data analytics and revenue management while coordinating team success and responding internally and externally to client inquiries o Actively identify and drive improvement opportunities for the Finance organization and partner closely with internal team and external clients to ensure improvement opportunities are implemented effectively and timely o Resolve any issues associated with cyclical month-end close, invoice creation, distribution, and reporting of the process o Partner with senior management, business owners and leaders to share working knowledge of system and subject matter expertise o Conduct meetings with Business Partners/Leads to review financial performance and help drive future results o Design, develop, and implement key analytics, new business scenarios and ad-hoc analyses to further support improved financial performance o Ability to effectively operate as a self-directed problem-solver, with focus on execution, accountability, and ownership with little supervision o Support the development of team members through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing. Coordinate various learning sessions
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance o Master's Degree preferred o 11
years of prior experience ideally in a financial role working directly with business contacts. Previous financial services team leadership required o Ability to work in high-pressure environment, while managing multiple time-sensitive deliverables, ability to prioritize tasks a must o Highly proficient in data analytic tools including Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, Power Query, Cognos, FoxPro, and SQL o Oracle, TM1, SAP, Salesforce or other financial applications required o Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills, executive presence o Team-oriented o Ability to identify and implement creative solutions that support increased efficiency and strengthen internal controls o Ability to work on your own, communicate efficiently and concisely, demonstrate high level of personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking and sound judgment when faced with unstructured situations.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
