We're seeking a Product Owner to join our stellar team. You will be responsible for the build out of cross asset trading platforms for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain product roadmaps in your product asset class area aligned to senior Product Owner strategic direction/roadmap Own one or more asset classes and ensure best-in-class products Lead and supervise the product life cycle by collaborating with our Development, QA and Operations teams Create detailed business requirements documents and work closely with the development teams to ensure products meet the business needs Lead vendor BA partners book of work Be an escalation point for the BAs while also escalating to the VP of Product to ensure a singular strategic direction for the system across assets The role will create/contribute to business case development, requirements articulation, project/program planning, testing, training and ultimately helping to deliver technology solutions that support the trading platform. Use analytical and interpersonal skills, to reconcile conflicts, cope with rapidly changing information, convert high-level information into detailed requirements Differentiate user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirement Work with business owners to convert high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and prioritize requirements Represent the interests of the business and work with IT management to prioritize and schedule delivery Identify ways to assist business in product planning through requirements development/analysis Maintain expert level of business functional knowledge and current technology Communicate project information including approach, progress, forecasts, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner Provide guidance to projects on best practices and standards
Qualifications:
4
years' experience as a product manager or product owner in the securities industry with a focus on multiple asset classes and trading products Knowledge of Trading regulations and reporting (FINRA, SEC, CATS, OAT) Working understanding of order execution systems, and buying power rules Ability to identify, prioritize, production support and maintenance items with a risk-based mindset Excellent at executing Product Owner responsibilities, and best product development practices in an evolving organization An advocate for simple, effective product designs to enable optimal customer experience Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and supervise multiple tasks to successful completion Interfacing with a development team to deliver quality products that meet market needs You will be responsible for book of work and delivery of a team comprised of BAs and developers who closely collaborate with the end client You have extensive experience building intuitive navigation and UX for FAs Strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centered design You have a track record of building successful (financial) products using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning. Background in brokerage products, operations, and risk management Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA a plus) Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to engage with customers and perform research into their needs Some technical experience in software development preferred Well organized, analytical, innovative, and problem solving Why join Broadridge? Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
