Summary:
Lead global medical relations for the #1 medical aesthetic skincare brand worldwide. Accountabilities include global medical strategy, planning & execution of medical relations, medical communications, medical education, content for field medical visits, global congress strategy, peer-to-peer strategy, advisory boards, and observational studies. Responsibilities:
Global Medical Relations Act as a central conduit for KOL interactions and partner with global colleagues in Medical Affairs and Global Marketing to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive KOL engagement plan. Develop HCP engagement strategies (speaker opportunities, KOL/ROL engagement, investigator-initiated studies, programs for medical residents) in alignment with global medical and brand strategy. Lead the brand's global peer-to-peer strategy in the physician channel with an objective of driving awareness, advocacy, and sales. Develop guidelines and support markets with the execution of advisory boards, gather market insights and share them with the product development team (KPI:

ad.board/market in 2022) Global KOL/ROL database management. Design fair value grid and compensation guidelines. Expand the database by adding ROLs. Leverage KOL database by promoting international speaker engagement. Congress management:
Lead all marketing and education communication in preparation for scientific congresses including management of congress booth execution to drive engagement, awareness and consistent premium presence in all globally activated congresses. Communicate congress generated leads to local teams and track successes by country for each global activated congress. Medical Communications Work independently to critically analyze and synthesize complex scientific information to create medical communication assets:
medical detailing aids, competitor messaging, communication at global congresses etc. Build medical education plans and initiatives to meet the needs of HCPs through diversity of learning programs, including virtual, hybrid and in-person workshops. Act as the key point of contact for global Active Cosmetics Division medical team, represent SkinCeuticals at global medical meetings. Maintain and update the Case Studies library Identify opportunities of gaining new business through partnering with telemedicine platforms. Clinical Studies In alignment with the global marketing team and the labs, develop guidelines for local observational studies, investigator-initiated studies and global multi-center studies (KPI:

markets hosting local observational studies in 2022) Experience / Abilities Required:
Undergraduate degree Minimum 5-7 years similar or equivalent related work experience Medical industry experience High level content writing skills High level of communication and presentation skills Quarterly or monthly headquarter office visits may be required Position requires global coverage and flexibility of office hours to support global time change for virtual meetings. Minimum Qualification
