The Analytics Group is looking for highly skilled and motivated senior sales professionals to help accelerate our growing Analytics business.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, bringing the latest in, cutting-edge Analytics solutions to commercial leaders that want to serve their customers more effectively.
As an Enterprise Sales Analytics Specialist within Amazon Web Services, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to build, mind and share the broad usage of AWS's key Analytics solutions including:
data warehousing (Amazon Redshift), data lakes (Amazon Lake Formation), BigData processing (Amazon EMR), search (Amazon Managed Elasticsearch), ETL (Amazon Glue), streaming (Amazon Kinesis and Amazon Managed Kafka) and (Amazon Quicksight).
The Ideal Candidate:
Should be an experienced sale professional, comfortable in selling both new and mature technologies.
Possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact with business personas at the CxO/VP level.
Have a strong understanding of commercial trends in Analytics and big data.
Have the ability to to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to create consensus.
Serve as a key member of the account management team in helping to ensure commercial success in building Analytics solutions onto the AWS platform.
Develop compelling presentations and discussions to drive awareness and adoption of Analytic solutions for Amazon Web Services.
Understand the AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticalsRoles &
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
Develop working backwards analytics visions including business cases and financial justification, potentially gleaned from earnings reports.
Accelerate customer adoption of Amazon analytics services.
Deep sales and Advisory/consulting experience, including some experience with global accounts and large commercial customers.
Executive speaking and presentation skills - Formal presentations, white boarding, large and small group presentations is highly desired Experience working with cloud and cloud based solutions is highly desired.
Experience working within the software development or Internet industries is highly desired.
Willingness to travel (mostly domestic) 20%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
