Summary:
The Sr. Manager Sustainability Technology is a newly created role that will be part of the Global Value Chain team within the Technology & Process Group (TPG). This leader will collaborate with the Corporate Responsibility and our brand business teams to manage the implementation and integration of systems to support varying Fashion Forward goals especially in the areas of Human Rights and Environmental Sustainability. This individual will help shape, evolve and execute short and long-term strategies across the product landscape, including design, source, traceability, marketing, circularity and the overall consumer experience. The role is a great opportunity to design, develop and build industry-leading solutions in the sustainability and traceability space. This leader will collaborate with global teams across the landscape and will be the technology subject matter expert on the systems architecture that supports COMPANY initiatives. The role will provide great exposure working across the global business regions and functions to develop foundational technology solutions for CR that will influence business as well as help to deliver positive environmental and social impacts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Ability to lead the implementation of systems and tools that allow for measuring and providing continuous improvements across COMPANY targeted objectives and metrics Contribute to strategy and inspire innovation through constant collaboration with CR and business leads Manage corporate responsibility projects in alignment with the company strategy, CR strategy, functional objectives and team goals Develop and lead programs/initiatives, setting direction and executing company-level projects of varying scopes (from research to enterprise-wide launches); accountable for projects end-to-end Manage multiple stakeholder groups and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, crossfunctional/divisional partners and external parties Provide own expertise to the development and design of overall CR system and data landscape and provide new insight where able Manage outside application solution developers to assist, support and review system and technical design documents to ensure functional and business requirements are met. Design and support the data integration requirements between platforms (both upstream and downstream processes and systems) Perform cross-functional reviews and designs for both processes and systems. Define and document application requirements to meet business needs and execute system solutions to achieve business objectives Fully manage the Composition of requirements documentation, functional specifications, workflows, and implementation plans Define robust test plans and test scripts, coordinate the execution of Unit Testing scenarios, document results, resolve issues and facilitate the exercise of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure all changes and enhancements within the application are properly tested before deployment to production Ability to understand complex system architectures, leveraging on IT Project Manager and Tech Specialist skillset Work well in a global business environment, being able to communicate effectively with business associates across different cultures, time zones and languages (as this is a global position) QUALIFICATIONS &

Bachelor degree or 10
years or equivalent work experience Soft Skills:
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas while maintaining calm Collaborate with all levels of the organization both internal and external to IT Strong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management Work effectively in a cross-team environment Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Technical Skills:
Working knowledge base and understanding of Supply Chain Systems (e.g. Infor NEXUS, Vendor Management System - NGC) Working knowledge base and understanding of Integration Tool Kits (MuleSoft) ? Proficient with various file standards (XML, EDI, etc.)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
