As a Software Development Manager (SDM), you will lead a team of engineers to solve challenging technical and business problems.
You will work closely with business teams, product managers, engineers, and partner teams to create and drive plans that transform visionary ideas into products that delight your customers.
Your strong coaching and mentoring skills will help you develop individuals in your team, fostering a high-performance collaborative development environment.
You will design and deliver the tech and the ad products for an ID-Less world that enable Amazon to serve our customers aligning to the future of advertising and strengthen our business as an ad tech provider of 3P supply.
You will provide leadership on the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for an ID-Less world and implement new technologies to reach and measure unrecognized audiences at scale.
