The opportunity Transaction Strategy and Execution - IT Cyber works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions, across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. We are a group of experienced industry professionals with a background in operations who are serial transaction advisers, which enables us to bring a wealth of deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients. As a team, we prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people. Your key responsibilities As a Director in Transaction Strategy and Execution - IT Cyber, you will be a vital member of the team managing and executing operational focused projects. You'll execute and manage projects across all sectors, supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions. Part of your role will also involve developing experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g. operational due diligence and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g. integration planning, tracking day-1 readiness). Having a commercial mind-set is key to this consulting-based role. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience. MBA is preferred. Significant management consulting experience. Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Ability to translate cyber experience in a transactions environment. In-depth experience across wide spectrum of IT security including Strategy and Roadmap, Infrastructure and Application Security, Vendor Management and Procurement, Spend Analysis and Benchmarking, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance. Experience working with IT security leadership (CISO, CIO) and business leadership (CEO, CFO, COO, BU President, etc) to assess cybersecurity issues and opportunities. Experience leading and managing in complex business environments. The ability to make detailed assessments of technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure. The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts. The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally. Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to develop detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders. Exposure to various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, pharma, power and utility, energy, retail and hospitality, and technology. Knowledge of key IT and IT security management processes and industry frameworks (e.g. CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27000, SSAE-18 SOC reporting, NIST Cybersecurity Framework). Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as FFIEC, NERC CIP, PCI, HIPAA, and HITECH a plus. CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CRISC, ITIL, and IAPP certifications a plus. Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% on short notice.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

IT Security, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
