The opportunity You'll be responsible for operationalizing initiatives, processes and tools and strategic programs across our Metro New York FSO Wealth Asset Management (WAM)/Private Equity (PE) market segment and Private Equity sector. You'll work closely with our Market Sector leader managing the coordination across the different service lines to maintain synergy to drive revenue growth within the market segment. You'll do this through the coordination of people, functions and operations that support the business which may include marketing and communications, public relations, markets deployment, pursuit strategy, business development, resource allocation, project management, human resources and finance. Your key responsibilities Provide operational and strategic support to meet the business's people, quality, growth, and market leadership goals Develop and implement operational strategies, define goals with direct responsibility for coordinating the execution of initiatives, processes and training Build and leverage internal networks designed to communicate and share best practices through written communications, conference calls and live meetings Manage events teams to develop and implement programs and activities that provide defined marketing and image-building value and that are aligned with the firm's strategy. May have hands-on involvement with some strategic events and programs. Project lead various strategic special projects as needed Participate in the overall planning and monitoring of the annual financial / revenue planning process as it relates to headcount, rate and total net revenue for the respective market segment Responsible for the budget review, tracking and monitoring against plans and ensuring follow ups are executed for the respective market segment May coordinate and provide work direction and guidance to personnel in marketing and communications, public relations, markets deployment, pursuit strategy, business development, project management, HR, and finance. Provide ongoing status / management reports to senior leadership Will be looked on to develop leading practices in GTM strategies/tools that can be leveraged across the market segment Overtime may be required will vary based on the volume of the work. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones, when applicable Skills and attributes for success Demonstrated success in building internal and external relationships across levels and functions Ability to quickly gain a deep knowledge/expertise in the firm's solutions and service offerings Ability to work both independently and within teams, leading and motivating virtual, broad-based teams Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives with competing deadlines Ability to utilize and leverage internal subject matter resources Ability to interpret information and data and identify trends that will assist in further targeting appropriate operational activities Understand the role and operations of other services that intersect and integrate with the business areas To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience 7 plus years of operations experience or relevant work experience. Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong technical skills (i.e., Microsoft Office)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
