Application Systems Analyst, Investor Applications at Day & Zimmermann in New York, NY
o Partner with Business Analysts to research existing and/or new capabilities of the existing or potential technologies. o Partner with the rest of the technology team to troubleshoot production issues. o Understand the configuration to COMPANY's Salesforce instance and be able to speak to them, both technically and functionally, to all levels of the organization. o Accountable for the execution of assignments to include proper support for tickets, enhancement requests, and project work. o Evaluate business requirements for utilization of system capabilities and maximum effectiveness. o Contribute to and ensure effective design of all major modifications. Ability to design flexible, scalable solutions from a set of business requirements. o Translates business requirements into a technical design o Exhibit advanced knowledge of COMPANY application functionality and ability to self-educate on new functionality. o Assemble complex ad hoc queries for data analysis, troubleshooting or data conversion purposes. o Can collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations. o Learn and master new technologies to meet the needs of assignments Communication:
o Able to communicate effectively and accurately, orally and in writing, with business partners within the company. o Manage and prepare system documentation for the purpose of knowledge sharing with the Technology Team. o Ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships /partnerships with business by responding to needs & exhibiting a sense of urgency o Develop, establish, and maintain effective working relationships with the immediate team and Business partners. Functional/Core:

Qualifications & Requirements o 3
years' experience in the following:
o Salesforce toolkit and Force.com platform technologies within Sales Cloud:
custom objects, controllers & triggers, Apex classes / test classes, Process Builder, Workflows, Visualforce, SOQL, SOAP/REST based web services. o Web services API integrations o Strong analytical skills:
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations. o Ability to use SOQL query tools to research data issues o Self -starter who takes initiative and is proactive. o Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks. o Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including management and end-users. o Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred:
o Salesforce.com Platform Developer Certified o Salesforce.com Administrator Certified o Experience with Agile software development methodology o Experience with the following technologies:
o Lightning Web Component o Salesforce Flow o Workato o Jira o C# o Experience creating Azure applications is an asset o experience developing C# .Net command line and web-based applications applications o Computer Science university degree/college diploma or equivalent
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
