Functional Responsibilities o Support Program director in planning, executing, controlling and closing phases of the Project. o Provide analysis to extensively monitor the milestone such that any impacts to schedule can be escalated to the Program Director. o Coordinate with Business, Technology Service Group and 3rd part vendors on planning and executing server migrations and decommissioning. o Assist Project Manager in Integrating and monitoring progress of 3rd party vendors plans on an ongoing basis o Work with the Business on scheduling application outages, testing and post migration support. o Communicate application outages using designated corporate communication channels. o Maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate inventory and status. o Open and close change records and represent the project in weekly CAB meetings. o Assist technical teams on submission project incident reports. o Support the analysis and assessment of potential projects and assists in the development of work packages, detailed project plans, specifications and schedules Candidate Profile o 7

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
