Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director-Marketing. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for leading the development and implementation of institutional advertising and media campaigns. This encompasses both masterbrand and key clinical strategic priority areas. The Associate Director is responsible for managing and directing agency partners to create successful omni-channel advertising and media programs. The Associate Director will support the development of advertising and media strategy in partnership with the Senior Director, marketing leadership and other internal stakeholders. The Assoicate Director will work in close collaboration with the digital analytics team, agencies and other key stakeholders to help design and implement a measurement plan for key advertising initiatives. Responsibilities:
Support development of advertising, branding and media strategy in partnership with senior director Provide project management leadership and support across advertising, branding and media initiatives Partner with advertising, media and branding agencies to drive projects forward and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Navigate changes in project scopes with marketing team, agencies, and/or internal stakeholders Drive a planned and organized approach into asset development including management of timelines, work flow, budget, etc Develop project briefs for assignments Provide support in the development of scopes of work Lead collaboration and integration of cross functional communications tactics, working closely with marketing, media, digital, publications and internal communications teams Identify potential story topics that feature compelling aspects of our work and further our strategic efforts Manage/support ad hoc projects as needed Work closely with branding agency to guide brand consistency and hierarchy and help address branding challenges Prepare and manage summary of advertising, branding and media activities, as well as executive pre-caps and recaps of high visibility projects Support advertising, branding and media budget management including creation of POs and invoicing Minimum
Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a BA or BS in liberal arts, marketing or communications with a minimum of 8-10 years marketing or advertising experience at a large, complex organization(s) and/or agency(ies). Previous advertising, direct marketing and/or online marketing experience required. Passion for healthcare space. Fluency in advertising, branding and marketing disciplines. Ability to function successfully in a highly-matrixed complex organization. Must be able to work collaboratively and independently. Nimble and resilient especially when faced with adversity or obstacles. Superior project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive projects forward in a strategic and effective manner; superb organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. Cultivates a thorough and nuanced understanding of the institution and clinical areas. Demonstrates a high level of service orientation. Possesses a positive attitude with energy and drive. Able to escalate issues and provide possible solutions when they arise. Strong interpersonal skills with instinct to adapt communication appropriate to audience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. A self-starter and leader; proactive; able to juggle multiple projects and follow through to completion; a problem-solver; creative; can interpret need into action. Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with large hospital, health care delivery system, or health insurance industry preferred Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
