Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, creative and analytical minded, self driver who is eager to learn and partner with Brands and CDMO team to spearhead L'Oreal USA Creative Intelligence & Excellence. The candidate will report into and work closely with the VP of Content & Services to set strategy, and will lead the execution of the L'Oreal USA Content frame. This is one of the most exciting roles at L'Oreal USA! CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE & MEASUREMENT PRACTICE Increase LUSA Creative capabilities and Creative Testing & Learning by supporting and acting as the creative glue between Brands, Agencies and Production/Content Partners; Manage the LUSA Creative Intelligence partners - lead an external team of experts to support our brands and divisions Oversee creative intelligence reporting and shareouts with brands and leadership. Lead rollups to identify emerging paid content trends by category and/or division Create the vision and lead the learnings and optimizastion of LUSA Creative Compliance Create AI rules/binaries within the automated compliance system (in partnership w/ Media, Content & Platforms) Define thresholds for dashboard scoring compliance Share results quarterly along with recommendations for improvement Lead the LUSA Creative Learning Agenda implementation with JBP Partners (Google, FB/IG, TT, Pinterest, Snap) in collaboration with LUSA Media team:
Connect dots between measurement parters and platforms to share learnings ECOMMERCE CONTENT EXPERTISE With support of agency partner, develop and/or partner on any POVs or best practices with regard to ecomm content (ie:
Power of Video playbook, eComm Week Content Best Practices, eComm Content Scrums, etc.) Manage the digitization of eComm playbooks CONTENT IN-HOUSING AND CREATIVE PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS Lead the Content and Creative Intelligence communities and taskforce meetings, bringing together brand and division leads for performance, best practices, information and program scaling. Roll out In-House creative capabilities in partnership with Sourcing and divisions, and agency partner Partner with Sourcing on any and all relevant Content-related RFPs (ie:
Music, Digital Agencies, Talent, Production Preferred Supplier List refresh, etc.) to represent the voice of the business, help coordinate divisional and brand participation and ultimately create tight preferred supplier lists for LUSA to leverage Develop familiarity with all partners in content-related PSLs (Music, Digital Agencies, Talent, Production, and Post-Production) in order to make informed recommendations to brands regarding partners for projects In close partnership with VP of Content & Services, co-manage the LUSA in-house Content studios and Studio Manager(s) Partner with CDMO leadership, global counterparts, brand/divisional representation, sourcing and external partners on developing and scaling a content & measurement frame for DE&I Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 5-8
years of digital marketing experience, Experience working with and presenting in front of large groups Management experience leading teams, including ability to prioritize and delegate workloads for your team Experience building strong client/brand relationships and build confidence as a leader who can manage work while successfully supporting brands Mastery of industry and digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of platform/Industry/creative trends. Have a strong appetite for learning and love for content, understanding that data fuels creative, and a passion to connect brands to the right consumers via content.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
