Summary:
In this role as part of the Talent Management team, the Mgr/Sr Mgr will support the Marketing populations across the Consumer Products Division and Active Cosmetics division. The scope of the role is primarily global and US marketing but also other non-digital key profile across the organization ie Sales, Communications. The Mgr/Sr Mgr will establish and maintain close proximity across the populations; in doing so, the Mgr/Sr Mgr will enable the development of the leadership pipeline for future Marketing roles across the company. The Talent Management role is about listening to the employees and understanding the business with the objective of integrating employee aspirations within the context and vision of business needs. Talent Management helps create proximity between talent HR Partners and the businesses across divisions of the company with a keen eye on Diversity and Inclusion. Talent Management also partners with CDMO HR in facilitating career path crossing between Digital talent and Marketing. The main areas of support that the Mgr/Sr. Mgr will provide are:
Cross Division career pathing for talent to accelerate growth and development. Open role internal candidate slates Career connects with talent, developing on-going relationships and providing an objective perspective on career pathing and career projections both to the employee and to HR partners. Understanding Succession planning in order to identify gaps and contribute with the knowledge of cross division talent perspective, working closely with the AVP of Talent Management of LUXE/PPD. The Mgr/Sr. Mgr will also be the lead support in data driven people analytics, developing senior management power point presentations for talent review, reporting on progress on measurable KPI commitments, including turnover, DE&I, rotation etc. The Mgr/Sr. Mgr will also be a key contributor to development and execution of key processes related to talent, working with the global team on US execution and HR compliance as well as developing US specific processes where needing including but not limited to career pathing, defining potential and projections. processes. This role will also work on various ad hoc projects including a pilot program for working together with Talent Acquisition on holistic candidate slates inclusive of internal and external talent. Key Job Accountabilities:
Establish a strong rapport and proximity with CPD and ACD Marketing talent through Director level for key profiles for whom a cross divisional move would accelerate growth and development. Provide objective insights on development opportunities and strengths of key talent populations in scope. Coaching on career path development. Collaborate with divisional HR teams and line managers to to enable cross divisional career pathing, talent bench development, open job candidate slates from cross divisions. Ensure data input integrity is maintained in talent system. Implement via participation in workstreams the global talent management strategy and train and ensure compliance within CPD and ACD and business leader communities. Input to and/or develop career pathing strategies across key populations including, Develop and track data driven analytics on Talent Management commitments. years Human Resource experience Bachelor's degree in related field Strong business acumen Ability to think strategically and approach tasks analytically and empathetically Self-motivated, organized, and works with a sense of urgency Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Change management skills Track record of establishing credibility with and collaborating with HR and business partners Developed coaching skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work with HR/ line managers Possess strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
