The Product Management - Lifecycle team is part of Zebra's Asset Tracking Solutions (ATS) and is responsible for global product lifecycle management of thermal printers and accessories. As a member of the Product Management team, you will interface with Zebra colleagues around the world. Responsibilities Product lifecycle management of selected printers and accessories including post launch and end-of-life activities. Be responsible for and measured on financial performance, including revenue, market share and margin targets. Investigate deviations and variances and determine corrective actions and assist with implementation. Develop and maintain an understanding of the market, competitive landscape and intelligence, customer requirements, distribution channels and Zebra offerings. Create competitive product comparisons, value propositions and other sales tools, and provide to regional teams to assist Sales with product positioning and winning new business. Monitor competitive actions and pricing and make recommendations on go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning and promotions. Support recommendations with sales and margin analyses. Partner with Regional Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers on product solutions and target customers and make recommendations on campaign planning. Support sales teams with participation at trade events, regional meetings, customer visits and develop and deliver effective product presentations. Monitor sales opportunities and pipeline for assigned products. Support sales teams in driving sales opportunities. Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams on forecasting and monitor inventory levels, recommending adjustments as needed. Provide input to new product development and portfolio planning, including voice of customer (VOC) research, new product and features enhancements, supported by ROI analysis. Support product launches and manage product lines through end-of-life and support phases. Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
8
years of work experience in technology related fields, with 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing or sales of technology products. Self-starter, able to think strategically with demonstrated problem solving and execution skills coupled with strong business acumen. Ability to effectively present information, conclusions and respond to questions at all levels of organization internally and externally, with proven ability to influence adjacent teams and guide decisions Preferred
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree (MBA preferred). Experience working in the B2B market, with a passion for technology. Comfortable working on teams or independently and able to set and meet milestone deadlines. Results-oriented and experienced making complex decisions supported by data-driven analysis. Understanding of financial concepts including P&L, balance sheets and ROI models and supported by excellent skills with MS business applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Ability to travel 10% - 25% to worldwide Zebra locations, channel partners and customers.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
