About The Opportunity Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing Business Technology, we are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Business Technology Lead to join the Global Business Technology team with a focus on our sales and marketing tech stack and business systems. The Senior Business Technology Lead will partner closely with global sales and marketing leadership, managers and reps to understand current business pain points, needs, and upcoming sales/marketing related initiatives that will require technical adjustments. This role does not require engineering or development experience; it is exclusively focused on representing the technical needs of our sales and marketing orgs. In this role, you will:
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership, managers and reps on business process efficiency, metric definition, and sales performance efficiency; Serve as a technical consultant to support the Sales and Marketing orgs and cross functional teams; Coordinate global stakeholders for centrally-led initiatives and get buy-in for potential system changes; Translate business requirements into user stories that our Technology partners can use to implement the necessary changes; Sign off on proposed technical solutions and confirm that all business requirements have been met; Partner closely with our Sales Enablement team and draft communications to ensure proper end user training and adoption for system changes; Review and analyze the success and usage of each new roll-out and change; Support ancillary sales and marketing tools that exist outside of Salesforce; Reassess current tools and evaluate potential new tools that can help expedite sales and increase revenue; Analyze and document the business environment, processes, and systems used in effort towards identifying opportunities to improve processes, products, services, and software. years of Product Management, Program Management, or Sales Operations experience; ideally work experience supporting a breadth of projects Strong ability to assess and analyze business process and use data to drive change and prioritize needs Experience with Salesforce required, experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus Experience with tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Drift, Highspot, Vonage or similar platforms a plus Highly resilient and unafraid of change Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines Naturally curious and proactive in learning Thinks like an owner; extremely detail oriented with a sense of accountability for each project's outcome
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Engineering, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
