Overview Responsible for regional sales enablement and training strategy. Builds and directs complex training plans, including course design and delivery specific to Zebra products and solutions. Responsibilities Working directly with business stakeholders, designs complex training programs and paths for all sales functions and positions, including new products and solutions launches Advanced communication and stakeholder management, delivering effective strategy and outcomes to senior leadership team and makes recommendations for overall improvement. High level of influence in driving sales enablement by establishing learning platforms impacting entire regional sales team, including partners. Works independently to resolve issues of complex scope and works directly with business stakeholders to resolve and provide solutions. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for achieving results. Uses high level of business acumen to make recommendations for complex process and improvement directly with business stakeholders. Ability to analyze business needs by recognizing intangible areas for improvement, by gathering and assimilating input from sales professionals and leaders on product and solution launch enablement to determine degree of success and improvement opportunities. Intimately understands systems and business processes related to learning and uses industry best practices for implementation and results. Provides coaching and guidance to junior levels.
