Job Description The Group Account Director (GAD) is responsible for leading clients' performance marketing accounts towards stated client and company objectives. The GAD is responsible for the growth, management, retention, and satisfaction of these accounts. The GAD is responsible for overseeing the cross-channel service delivery for client, which may include paid search, display, social, mobile, video and affiliate. The GAD will manage and direct Performance Media teams, including Media Directors, Media Managers and Associate Media Managers. Accountable for maintaining accurate program forecasts and hitting stated revenue and sales goals as well as implementation of cross media execution and ensure seamless delivery of best practices and processes. Proven account management and team leadership experience is essential, along with experience in online marketing and media Role Objectives:
Client Management Develops, manages, and monitors client P&L's for assigned accounts Prepares and presents annual financial plans and staffing plans Interfaces with other department leads to share ideas, communicate offerings, and to identify new solutions for clients Keeps senior management apprised of key opportunities, potential risks, and other nuances which affect business health Client Leadership Develops and fosters account relationships. Working towards 100% account retention within a defined client engagement Develops a complete understanding of client's goals, markets, needs and expectations of Performics Attends client meetings on ongoing basis, interface as needed with executive level and middle management level on client side during meetings and presentations Communicates and implements an account planning process for all accounts Independently leads performance and strategy presentations Solves client problems and uses conflict management skills within a professional environment Account Management Develops, manages, and monitors client service delivery executions of the assigned accounts Oversees process development and execution management Oversees and assures implementation of quality control for all media planning and execution best standards Enforces Best Practices and standard execution of Performics Media department solutions Performance Media Implements and understands proprietary IBM Framework for the assigned accounts and holistic media planning across all digital disciplines paid search, display, social, mobile, video and affiliate Coordinates efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations Continuously evaluates and improve upon all digital media opportunities Attends client meetings and presentations; interfaces as needed with executive level and middle management level on client side Participates in building and evolving the Performance Media practice, vision and areas of expert Team Leadership & Development Embraces and encourages a culture-based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients' business objectives Drives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioral correction Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members Conducts performance reviews, succession planning, and oversees and/or participates in the creation of career path plans for direct reports Provide training in cross-media planning to their directs reports and junior team members Process Improvement Facilitates the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group Cross-Selling Understands and explains the features and benefits of all Performics' products and services Cross sells products and services to grow Performics' share of marketing spend Exceeds semi-annual and annual revenue targets Supports sales in selling solutions as appropriate Qualifications Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred; Master's degree in business, advertising or marketing a plus 7
years of account management experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce; client and agency experience preferred 4 years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people 2-4 years of search engine and/or digital marketing preferred Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
