Description Remote position EST, CST times zones We are seeking a Product Manger to own our Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment (EBPP) solution. Our solution offers customers the ability to present bills and collect digital payments electronically from their consumers. In addition, providing valuable payment reporting to aid in reconciliation. A Product Manager is responsible for the design, development, and marketing of the product or products that they own. Reviews and modifies existing products. Seeks new sales channels to maximize profitability and meet customer needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Own the Strategic Vision & Product roadmap:
Develop a 3-year strategic vision for EBPP including but not limited to understanding the competitive landscape, customer needs, available/competing solutions, industry trends/networking, etc. Responsible for keeping the roadmap current. Cross Functional Colleagues:
Coordinate any needed modifications of the existing product, in conjunction with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Technology, Credit Risk, Operations, Marketing, and in some cases a third-party vendor. Innovation/Development:
Advance the product set and roadmap to industry standards and drive innovative ideas in terms of market delivery. Promote a culture that encourages new ideas that drives differentiation and revenue growth. Utilize new trends and developments in the Bank' s strategic plan to shape product and service offerings. Marketing:
Maintains all training documents, FAQ's, Online Product Catalogue page, and any other EBPP collateral. Pricing:
Manage pricing strategy and understand monthly, year to date, and year over year product financials and profitability. Support:
Provide the appropriate level of support to sales teams, including awareness, training, selling best practices. Facilitates trainings and presentations to colleagues and/or clients. Other:
duties as assigned. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor' s degree in marketing or related business field. Minimum of four (4) years product management and development experience, preferably within the financial industry. Strong PC skills. Excellent presentation and communications skills required. Strong analytical skills and product management experience.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
