About The Opportunity WeWork is looking for an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to join our world-class Finance organization. This position will report into the Director of Finance Transformation. They will be an integral part of the Process Automation team and building out will support the daily operations and ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives of the group. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient, specifically with RPA code development experience. Responsibilities Provide guidance with process design. Design, develop, and test automation workflows - producing effective and efficient code to create RPA processes based on business requirements Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Create process and end-user documentation. Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes). Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects. Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes. Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing RPA bots Developing necessary code enhancements arising from interrelated system changes Preparing technical documentation to guide software development projects Identify, track, and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful project completion Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Management Information Systems Visual Basic, C#, Python, Javascript, or related code language proficiency Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). 1 to 3 years software development experience, specializing in RPA Experience with set up of IT infrastructure to host and run virtual, unattended automations Excellent knowledge and implementation of the software development life cycle Strong problem-solving and communication skills Basic understanding of business operations including finance, accounting, technology and operations Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; self-starter, energetic, independent work ethic Experience with Databases (SQL) Snowflake preferred. Understanding of workflow-based logic. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Superior time and project management skills. Ability to work through ambiguous situations. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
