The Senior Manager , Customer Experience & Education WHL Instructional Design, is responsible for collaborating with the two Field Trainer channel leads and VP Customer Experience & Education on the strategic development of initiatives to enhance the customer experience at all WHL points of sale including Kiehl's Assisted Self Sell, Traditional Department Stores and retailer.com service centers. Design, create, and measure the impact of training curriculum, programs and educational tools including assessment of training needs, development and writing of all materials, training film production, and follow-up analysis of the business impact. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Field Trainers to understand BA needs and co-create learning strategy for Traditional Department Store KCRs and Inter Department BAs, as well as Assisted Self-Sell BAs Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs and curriculum are aligned to the overall brand strategy, timing, and objectives Design, develop and write all WHL curriculum, training programs, educational and experiential selling tools Create and develop e-Learning content and journeys Create, script, cast and produce all training films Collaborate with key accounts to maximize learning tools on retail partners' learning management systems Develop and create process-driven tools Experience, Competencies and Physical Requirements Bachelor's degree required 4-5 years' experience in sales/training preferably in the cosmetics industry Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Aesthetician license, training or experience preferred Ability to work independently within a rigorous deadline schedule Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Strong presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency using Articulate Rise or a similar e-Learning authoring tool preferred Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer etc.) more than 90% of the day. Ability to lift up to 20lbs Ability to travel 20% or when needed.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
