This role is critically important for the success of the new ATGE operating model and for implementing ATGE's strategy to be the leading workforce solution provider to B2B customers. Reports directly to the head of Strategic Workforce Solutions and Partnerships. The incumbent brings to this role in-depth sales operations and enablement experience in health care, and a track record of successful and impactful innovation in processes and enablement solutions. Responsibilities The Director leads a focused team of B2B sales operations and sales enablement professionals with responsibilities across the entire ATGE portfolio and spearheads process and sales enablement tools innovation across the organization, the main responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive ATGE B2B customer, partnership, alliance map Manage the B2B CRM (SFDC) system, lead sales reporting & analytics, territory design, and sales compensation plan design and implementation Constantly improve and innovate sales tools, and manage and optimize sales processes Ensure industry leading sales training Lead and innovate national programs (with marketing) that support inquiry generation (incl. sales materials, conferences, and webinars) Collaborate with marketing and other functions to maximize the impact of our B2B, partnership, and alliances efforts Develop a dynamic team of professionals, coaching them to reach new heights and exceed sales goals. Establish and measure KPIs that lead to success Develop and implement a vision and strategy to create synergies in sales operations, in coordination with the heads of the institutions and other stakeholders Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills Required Bachelor degree and 10
years of professional experience Progressive B2B sales and sales operations experience in health care Experience designing and building a new national team; and track record of developing talent Demonstrated aptitude to manage processes and tools for a large, complex portfolio; and to drive impactful innovation / optimization High energy, infectious, make-it-happen demeanor coupled with an authentic, servant-leader, executive posture that drives confidence and collaboration Perceptive reader of people and organizational dynamics, building relationships to make things happen, effectively collaborating and leading change Able to travel 25% of the time
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
