About The Opportunity We are looking for a Director, Accounts to manage a team of 4 to 6 sellers and unlock the revenue streams and opportunities. You will align offerings with our members through business development and strong relationship building. In this role, you will:
Own and delegate a book of 150 accounts that range from our largest and most complex accounts to fast growth enterprise companies Mentor your team and lead the strategic approach to perform against quarterly quotas and maximize pipeline generation and account expansion Manage member relationships, diagnose member needs, and execute through your team to provide solutions that drive revenue Conduct business forecasts and maintain valuable broker relationships. Build and deliver executive presentations to secure leadership buy-in and sponsorship. Collaborate with Enterprise Services, Real Estate, Partnerships, Transaction Management, Leasing, Legal, Product, Business Development, and Building Development teams to drive deal execution. Work alongside the Head of Accounts to assess market trends and determine which accounts to build strategic relationships with. Execute complex transactions, assess profitability and return of investment, determine pricing, and understand impacts of decision making on profit and loss. Consult with members to understand their challenges and pain points. Align with the Head of Product and Head of Real Estate to determine how to propose innovative solutions and merge them into our business ecosystem. About You Does the below sound like you? If so, we'd love to hear from you Bachelor's degree required, in business-related field preferred. 8
years experience of direct selling and negotiating complex deals, preferably in commercial real estate, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced sales environment; 2-3 years experience as a people manager. Ability to work cross-functionally to best serve the interest of members and leadership. Knowledgeable on complex transactions and deal structure. Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce required Strong business acumen and the ability to influence internal stakeholders. Ability to dedicate your time to executive asks and pitch value propositions.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & Operations, Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
