Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver consistent service and support across people process, operations, and program management. The person in this role must be able to effectively engage and influence employees, managers, and leaders at all levels. They will partner with People Team leaders locally and globally to create, implement, and own strategic people initiatives. As a Senior Director of People Operations, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deep knowledge of country specific HR Operations, employee experience, payroll management, HRIS / job architecture to support organizational development initiatives and HRBP support Strong understanding of HRIS, other HR applications and case management Govern the weekly and advanced reporting globally for completion of employee lifecycle tasks Assurance around maintaining the organization's employee date by entering and maintaining accurate employee records. Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and drive tangible outcomes and decisions Create concise communication materials and present findings to senior management Comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle management in the U.S. and globally, including foundational data models, business process, self service, and system capabilities Manage cases for dedicated people operations tickets (People Helpdesk) and direct to the appropriate teams with guidance Understanding of intake management, SLAs and inquiry management support around data changes on behalf of employees Program management delivery in support of HR related business processes for hires, job changes, terminations, including employment agreements and contracts Support and execution of M&A, franchise, vendor and contractor management activities associated with hiring and/or integrating teams Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information at all times, including training and diligence around employee data and sharing information securely Provide dedicated support to People Team leaders, cross-functional teams and HRBPs in the region or function to prioritize their people initiatives Support for all annual programs, business process (e.g., OTP, Leaves, M&A, Compensation Changes, Employee Data) Consistently checks that employee data has been entered correctly both on broader programs for auditing and management as well as business readiness activities. Comfortable learning new technologies and tools within the People Operations team, including management the optimization of these workflows and tools (e.g., Workday, DocuSign, Salesforce, Darwin, Greenhouse). Partners cross-functionally with People Team and HR Technology stakeholders to identify solutions that enhance and drive roadmap. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, education and guidance to all HR employees and teams. Demonstrates a data-driven mindset, and makes decisions based on evidence and understanding of metrics and reportings, use of dashboards and reporting tools. Consistently identifies opportunities for process improvement and works with other functions to design and implement enhancements. Drives the identify areas for improvement or process optimization and participates in testing for business-as-usual process changes. Qualifications BA or BS required, MS or MBA preferred. 5
years experience in an HR capacity, human capital consulting, program management or operational role with a solid understanding for all of the disciplines across HR. Experience managing a large global team across multiple time zones, countries and support models (e.g., Franchise, M&A integrations). Results orientation with strong track record of success and real impact. Evidence of learning quickly and ability to build on existing business foundations. Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
