About The Opportunity We are looking for a Manager of Program Management on the Product Development Team to support delivery across various Marketplace product offerings including All Access, On Demand, Business Solutions, Tech Services, Partnerships and other Space Offerings that are outside the traditional Private Office offering. The Program Manager will facilitate the day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of product launches while coordinating internal cross-functional teams across Product Development, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Analytics, Finance/Billing , Member Support and Community to ensure a seamless partner, client and member experience. Report to the Program Management Director on the Product Development Team Be well versed on the Delivery Playbook and all necessary tools to support timely and efficient delivery of programs globally Develop detailed program delivery plans that include dependencies, risk assessment, resources and timelines necessary to meet deadlines Own cross-functional program management meetings to align stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met through clear communication of program status Continually evaluate the progress of a project to detect risks and facilitate resolutions or mitigation plans Prepare and deliver presentations with updates, challenges, solutions and results directly to senior leadership Keep the Project Management team organized by maintaining team program tracker, shared drive with all documents, presentations and assets and other process documents and tools About You Does the below sound like you? years experience in an Account Management, Project Management or Operations role Experience developing and implementing project management processes and tools Experience collaborating with multiple cross functional teams in a project management capacity on high profile projects Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a high pace environment Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables across multiple programs. Extremely high attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to pick up new concepts and information quickly and to ask effective questions. Strong collaborator; able to build relationships and trust with cross-functional stakeholders. Able to manage up and know when to escalate roadblocks properly. Highly flexible and adaptable; thrives amidst change and growth. Ability to creatively solve problems, challenges and opportunities. Confident and articulate presenter. Experience with project management tools to stay organized and presentation tools (ie:
PPT/Google Slides, MS Office) for internal and client facing collateral.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
