THE ROLE Global Manager for Internal Regional Communications. This role will play a pivotal role in managing internal communications across all global regions including the United States, Canada, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. In addition to owning internal communications strategy for each region and across the regions as a whole, this individual will work with key leaders in each region, such as General Managers and Territory Vice Presidents, to support communications about key updates within their functions. The role will be based out of our New York headquarters, and will report to the VP of Global Public Affairs. We're looking for a passionate and talented communications professional that will be able to communicate in a voice that reflects mission, culture and brand, and create engaging content to inform, inspire and connect our global workforce across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a combination of writing and copy editing, project management and event management skills. Finally, we're also looking for a good cultural fit. is a fast-paced environment, which means being able to iterate, demonstrate flexibility in your approach and deliver quality work under tight deadlines - all with good grace and humor. Relationships matter and you'll have to be skilled at building them quickly across all levels of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute a regional calendar of internal communications and events worldwide - regional All Hands meetings, monthly newsletters, functional updates, and coordinated strategy working with colleagues and leaders from across the organization. Project manage all elements of regional communications to support the business - initial ideation and planning, preparing playbooks, checklists and work back schedules, organizing logistics and technology requirements, and event execution. Support the development and execution of our TVP and GM communications strategies, as a thought partner, writer and editor. Prepare briefs, communications plans, and other presentation decks and materials. Develop communications processes and standards for employee volunteerism efforts to maximize the opportunity for our global team. Regularly measure and report on engagement and employee sentiment metrics regarding communication activities, campaigns, programs and events. Oversee calendar of communications, programs and events. YOU BRING Required:
At least 5 years' experience in events, communications, marketing, politics, media or related fields. Experience organizing, hosting and executing programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics to their essence and making them relevant to our audiences. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to be creative and think outside the box. A passion for data - experience establishing and measuring KPIs, and using learnings to drive continuous improvement. Strong writing and copy editing skills. Experience with project management and relationship management. Experience with Google Suite. Basic experience with Excel. Ability to dive right in and learn quickly. Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Passion for connecting the dots and strategically using communication channels to bring stories to life. Preferred:
Experience building campaigns to support leadership visibility, including but not limited to newsletters, all hands meetings, executive positioning, ESG, learning and development, and inclusion and diversity. Experience supporting large-scale workplace or workplace transformation and change initiatives. Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business Development, Business Project Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
