About The Opportunity We are looking for a Director of Product Sponsorship Sales to drive sponsorship revenue for while integrating brands into our member experience in an authentic and meaningful way. In this role, you will:
Spearhead six and seven figure partnership deals for . Primarily focusing on opportunities for the US & Canada however may include International opportunities. Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to close. Including responding to RFPs, proposal development, negotiation, and continued relationship management. Ensure seamless execution of partnerships in collaboration with Partnerships Account Management Team and local community teams. Meet and exceed revenue targets, as assigned by Head of Ancillary Revenue and the Sr. Director of Product Partnerships. Drive net new business and manage renewals for assigned categories. Build strong relationships with cross functional teams, including Procurement, Marketing, Facilities, Operations and other sales stakeholders in Leasing, and Accounts, while identifying strategic revenue-driving opportunities for the business. Lead and manage high-level projects that are essential to the team's success, such as ideating new sellable platforms, maintaining the rate card, forming new agency relationships, and more. Manage and maintain all reporting tools and platforms across Salesforce, Monday.com, Salesloft, etc while ensuring consistent data entry accuracy. About You Does the below sound like you? If so, we'd love to hear from you. You have at least 7 years of experience working in integrated partnerships, with at least 3 years leading and negotiating six and seven-figure sponsorships. You have strong business acumen in the area of strategic partnerships and can easily navigate around goal setting and forecasting. You are able to balance a consultative sales environment with a sense of urgency. You're passionate about being part of a fast-moving team with aggressive revenue goals (operative word:
team!). You're ready to roll up your sleeves and build something from scratch. You're excited about the idea of developing impactful partnerships that meaningfully improve the way we work. You're pumped up to exceed a quarterly and annual quota. You are a people person who enjoys building long-lasting relationships.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
