Culture and Inclusion Manager

Overview Manages VNSNY Diversity and Inclusion programs and tactics, including overseeing the Employee Resource Group program and working with HR Centers of Excellence to embed bias mitigation strategies/tactics into employee life-cycle milestones. Monitors progress of diversity and inclusion tactics within lines of business. Drives diversity and inclusion communications in conjunction with greater HR communications strategies and Enterprise Communications team efforts. Works under general supervision. Responsibilities Works with HR and senior leadership to implement the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategies and the levers. Executes programs, campaigns, and communications that promote a systemic awareness of building a diverse and inclusive organization. Provides end-to end program management of D&I initiatives through defined project plans, success metrics, and milestones. Builds the capability for people managers, Talent Acquisition and HR teams, and employees to be part of and shape an inclusive environment including, but not limited to interculturality, dealing with and managing biases, building a psychologically safe environment, creating a sense of belonging for all employees, etc. Establishes VNSNY Inclusion Council that shapes the D&I priorities, efforts, and impact on the organization. Fosters the creation of and nurtures employee resource groups (ERG); works with ERGs to enable continuous listening and action to reach the grassroot levels of the organization. Advises Executive Sponsors, ERG Co-Leads, and other ERG roles to identify new ways to spread awareness and bolster membership to meet goals. Establishes metrics and enables visibility of progress for business teams to review on a periodic basis to ensure momentum and progress in critical focus areas. Integrates the D&I practice into people practices.Collborates with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to review policies and practices such as selection, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and promotionsto ensure an inclusive and diverse workplace. Collaborates with Talent Acquistion team to promote the VNSNY brand as an employer who focuses on diversity and inclusion, inspires our workforce, and enables us to attract best and diverse talent. Supports the business case for diversity and inclusion by leveraging external benchmarking, best practices, employee feedback and research and brings in best practices from other companies to strengthen our approach and practices. Researches and recommends best-in-class diversity and inclusion training programs focused on building organizational cultural competency. Builds programs in conjunction with Talent and Learning team. Networks extensively and participates with internal and external DI&B engagements and events. Manages the D&I budget and associated operations. Participates in other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or a related field required. Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Business Administration preferred. SPHR or PHR certificate preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of four years of professional experience in Organizational Development required including experience in one or more of the following areas:
designing, assessing, customizing and delivering organizational change management interventions, developing and rolling-out organizational culture initiatives, or developing and embededding diversity and inclusion initiatives. Experience in designing and building employee resource groups, as well as work with bias mitigation strategies required. Abiltiy to influence, partner, build relationships, and communicate at all levels of the organization required. Ability to aggregate data and synthesize into communications to tell organizational D&I story and progress required. Excellent oral/written communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills required. Strong project management skills required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
