The Director, Human Resources provides overall support for the leaders and employees across Wealthspire. The role requires an ability to work with the executive team to drive the firm's human capital agenda in support of Wealthspire's business goals and objectives. The position will partner with business leaders and HR shared services on learning and development, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations efforts while also supporting acquisition due diligence and integration. The Director role is a hands-on leadership role managing a small team of other HR professionals and acts as the liaison to centralized HR Shared Services teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Work with Wealthspire's executive team, Advisor Council, Client Operations leaders, etc. to define career paths for employees to drive growth and career development. Partner with the business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute a recruiting strategy to support the business's growth agenda. Ensure employee onboarding and orientation processes are being conducted using NFP resources and materials through HR team staff. Drive the overall performance management process across the firm, from goal setting and development planning to feedback and compensation management to create and maintain a high performance culture that improves organizational capability Assist in leading and expanding the existing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives Provides counsel and direction to HR Staff, leaders, supervisors, and employees to address employment-related matters Drives the implementation and administration of compensation, bonus and incentive programs and structures Coordinate with HR Talent Development team to support talent development and training for the business KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
Ability to provide strategic HR support to the business and leverage centralized HR shared services. Ability to partner with leaders in defining career paths and learning/development opportunities for employees across a range of roles Sound knowledge of employee relations practices Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. Demonstrated strong client service skills Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
10
years' experience as an HR professional leading an office or business line in the financial services industry. Experience leading a small team of business based HR professionals. Applicants with prior experience working with an RIA or other wealth management environments are highly desired. Bachelor's degree with course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. SHRM-SCPS or SPHR Certification a plus PHYSICAL DEMAND:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
