Summary:
The Program Manager utilizes continuous improvement tools (lean, six sigma), project management, change management and facilitation skills to improve organizational processes and guide transformation activities. They act as the product owner of our core technology platform, MOSAIC, and are responsible for enhancement efforts, training, user support, software partnerships and all related communications. This role is part of our Business and Strategic Solutions team. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Product owner of our core technology platform, MOSAIC including enhancement efforts, training, user support, software partnerships and all related communications. Maintains Lenox Advisors' commitment to operational excellence by standardizing the process improvement approach utilizing the Lean Six Sigma methodology Participates in and/or leads process analysis of activities, systems, and system integrations to identify alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities. Ensures improvement activities align to departmental and strategic goals Coaches and develops a problem-solving culture at all levels of the organization Helps teams prioritize identified process improvement activities Reports improvement success metrics Develops and maintains an educational path for obtaining Continuous Improvement Certifications Partners with IT and MOSAIC owners to manage and maintain necessary tasks associated with MOSAIC's site reliability Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which user needs and business requirements flow Oversees user support through the critical analysis of process, data and technical issues to distinguish user requests from their underlying needs Manages and coordinates routine system build validation across all aspects of the system. Develops and manages system functionality documentation. Participate in requirements review sessions with business and/or technical teams. Maintains and socializes MOSAIC enhancement requests (Wishlist) Effectively manages change by obtaining leadership buy-in, communication and execution. Manages the development of training documentation and oversees training initiatives in relation to change Plays a critical role in developing the strategic vision for the enhancement of our Mosaic platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across various departments to foster collaboration Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

Experience:
Bachelors Degree Green Belt Certification preferred or commensurate experience such as a Project Management Certification 7

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Process Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
