Summary:
The Assistant Vice President in our Private Client Group assists the Vice President with responsibility for multiple highly complex clients. Manages new and existing clients, maintains strong relationships with key client stakeholders and carriers and is responsible for policy compliance and human resources functions. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with complex and large clients; Act as the subject matter expert on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services May supervise an account team Maintains and manages solid relationships with clients and carrier sales representatives. Negotiate with carriers for best possible result Work with Senior Leadership team to develop regional client deliverables. Ensure deliverables are executed within the local office(s) and that they are complete, accurate and conform to NFP standards. Make adjustments as necessary Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high profile or difficult clients. Manage team structure and monitor team workload to determine capacity to take on new clients Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Excellent written communication skills - writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written information. Self-confident to make sound independent decisions Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalities Strong leadership skills Must be able to read, analyze and reconcile financial reports Possess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner Education and/or
Experience:
BA/BS preferred More than 10 years industry and product line experience Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
