Summary:
As a Mobile Engineering Manager, you will be managing a stable and strong Android engineering team working to deliver Ivanti's UEM applications. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience recruiting and managing Engineering teams focused on Mobile application development. We are open to someone looking to be transition from a Technical Lead to an Engineering Manager Architect, design, develop and deliver Ivanti UEM Applications Lead a geographically distributed team of engineers on all aspects of software design, implementation, and best practices Drive interaction with cross-functional groups including product manager, customer support and sales to develop new functionality and support existing customers. Lead all phases of the application development process:
from concept to end delivery and support for enterprise customers and third-party developers Ability to own and oversee simultaneous development of multiple features; including other client and server platforms as the Ivanti product line evolves. Plan, implement, and release product based on the Agile scrum development process Coach Engineers on the team to be successful. Who Will Love This Job? A Leader:

years of experience leading software engineering teams working on Mobile applications Experience developing Mobile (Android or iOS) applications and frameworks Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Unit Testing, etc. Ability to work through ambiguity and coming up with ways to remove roadblocks Good problem solving, thinking outside the box skills Experience providing guidance and support to the team to handle any issues Even Better If You Have:
Strong understanding of Mobile (Android or iOS) internals Direct hands-on experience leading Engineering teams building sophisticated Mobile applications on iOS and/or Android Proficient in Architecture and Design of complex and cross-functional software projects Strong fundamentals around Algorithms, Data Structures, and practical applications of these to build software systems Strong proponent of Engineering best practices and track record of addressing engineering efficiency bottlenecks Track record of running Engineering projects with a Quality First mindset LI-JM1 LI-REMOTE
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
