Job Description:
The FP&A team is currently seeking a Director Financial Planning & Analysis - Enterprise & Print Groups. The role will partner with the Senior Leadership team of two of our Corporate groups, specifically focusing on managing the P&L and Capital of the Experience (Technology) business as well as the Print Operations Group. The successful candidate will help develop, communicate and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts, provide strong business partnership with deep analysis and decision support. The candidate will aid in assessing the financial impact of their recommendations and strategy including presenting business case models for incremental investment. Responsibilities Ensure that accurate and timely monthly financial and quarterly results are provided for both Opex and Capital Expenditure Maintain a thorough understanding of the relevant drivers and trends, and explain/report these to senior management including headcount Ensure that accurate and timely monthly forecasts are provided Take ownership for project work from end to end (collection of data, creation of model/analysis of trends, identification of key issues, and turn this into a management level presentation) - to drive strategic decisions within the business Oversee and lead a team of 5 Develop detailed Financial models and analyses Understand business objectives and adjust operating plans to support business needs Report on the financial implications of business/strategic decisions Ensure that business support is given to Department Managers and strong business relationships are maintained. Develop Corporate reporting and identify systems and data improvements Identify and address procedural problems/deficiencies impacting integrity and timeliness of financial/KPI information Skills & Experience 10
years of relevant Commercial Finance experience Strong quantitative and analytical skills Experience in Capital Expenditure Excellent communication skills - both written and oral Experience supporting sales revenue and operations including partnering to develop business cases to drive incremental investment. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple Senior Stakeholders within a medium to large organization including strong collaboration skills across finance. Planning and organizational skills including effective time management Advanced excel and analytical skills a must Experience managing a team Ability to work under pressure CPA, MBA or Bachelors degree in accounting preferred
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
