We are looking to hire 4 individuals to cover each of the following Initiatives - Controls Reporting, Controls Frameworks, Issue Management/Root Cause Analysis, and MCA The Execution Lead Director role manages a team that executes against highly transformational, complex programs of work related to regulatory commitments. The role requires a deep understanding of and experience in designing approaches to achieve agreed upon strategic or regulatory change across a complex business landscape. The role also requires the ability to manage stakeholders successfully in order to oversee and influence outcomes. Additionally, a solid conceptual and practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas is required in one of the following subject areas, preferably in the financial services industry:
Controls Reporting and/or Frameworks, Issue Management, Root Cause Analysis, MCA Excellent communication skills are required in order to influence and/or negotiate internally, often at a senior level. The role also requires the ability to determine approach and execution of a functional strategy or set of goals and to direct program or project managers to meet or exceed desired outcomes. The role includes accountability for end results and experience in leading or participating in budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). Typically, the role reports to a C16 role and functions as an integral member of the controls leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business. Key
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the timely and successful delivery of milestones and deliverables associated with the consent order through internal audit validation and regulatory updates Lead validation discussions across lines of defense, senior management, and with regulators (as required) to make sure that transformation outputs meet the required objectives Partner closely with a diverse set of key stakeholders to:
Achieve the goals and objectives of a specific Initiative, consisting of a complex set of programs with subject matter expertise in one of:
Controls Reporting and/or Frameworks, Issue Management, Root Cause Analysis, MCA Oversee and design the approaches necessary to drive multiple programs of work to a successful conclusion Ensure alignment to both functional area goals and to cross-enterprise goals Build and manage relationships with key senior stakeholders, organizations and business heads (i.e. Business & Function Risk/ Control Leads, Cross Enterprise Transformation Leads, Program Leads) Conceive of and lead planning and execution of Transformation program Initiative. Play a lead role in evolving Transformation program capabilities, communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure Initiative scope and approach meets business objectives. Ensure holistic, transparent and clear status, issue and risk disposition for all stakeholders, escalating any issues associated with the Initiative, as needed, to the Global Controls Execution Lead on a timely basis Ensure all areas of the program are appropriately staffed to meet the operational needs Ensure adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for delivery in and across the Initiative Assess and ensure a comprehensive approach to identifying and agreeing risk and cross-enterprise dependencies as new and/or significant regulatory oversight, governance and/or business-driven decisions are made Ensure deliverables fully address the letter and the spirit of regulatory feedback, broader supervisory expectations and underlying issues and root causes, and that they are embedded in a broader strategic vision Having a matrixed reporting relationship to the Global Controls Execution Lead to manage any issues in delivering timely and consistent PMO status reporting Take full oversight responsibility, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval. May be involved or responsible for diverse (cross-discipline) activities PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications 15
years of experience Subject matter expertise in one of the following:
Controls Reporting and/or Frameworks, Issue Management, Root Cause Analysis, MCA; financial services experience preferred Demonstrates consistent track record of having successfully overseen large, strategic cross-functional transformation initiatives Ability to successfully manage relationships across multiple functions and execute against collective goals Extensive understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions Track record of managing internal relationships at a senior level and demonstrated experience in leading sustained transformation efforts Demonstrated ability to think in an agile, creative and strategic manner to evolve or solve challenges and issues and to oversee prioritization of competing responsibilities Highly developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage and effectively communicate at the senior management level, both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating and/or escalating issues/requests Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
