Digital Channels Product Manager

Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a business unit of Citi's Institutional Clients Group. We are the leading provider of integrated cash management and trade solutions for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and the public sector around the world. Within TTS, the Digital Channels team is responsible for delivering digital banking capabilities to our users via our CitiDirect desktop and mobile experiences, as well as via our host-to-host and API solutions. We have embarked on delivering the business roadmap for the multi-year NextGen initiative. NextGen is fundamentally new Digital Channels microservices-based platform running in Citi's private cloud using cutting edge technologies to support our future business, our goals and most importantly, our Citi clients. The CitiDirect Product Management Team is responsible to partner with client facing teams and clients in order to identify client and business needs. Members of this team are expected to drive high quality solutions, to collaborate with engineering to deliver capabilities, and to ensure great features are launched to our users. The team relies heavily on the support of the TTS network, powered by regional and local market teams to deliver features around the world. Our products aim to make our clients and their employees efficient and empowered to meet their business needs quickly and easily. We create connected experiences across all Channels (including File, API, Desktop and Mobile) to simplify and streamline the functions for our users in innovative ways. Position Objective:
The position is for a CitiDirect Business Architect who will be spending the majority of his/her time driving NextGen roadmap delivery. We are seeking a talented, imaginative, and experienced individual who is passionate about business architecture and solution designs. The Business Architect will be responsible for supporting of a pipeline of enhanced functionality into the Channels solutions. The Business Architect should be capable of analyzing of future-looking strategies, understanding current capabilities, and modeling of inter- and intra- product relationships needed to discover the key capability gaps that a business must be prepared to face. Specifically, the Business Architect will be required to:
Work with cross-functional, cross regional teams to develop priorities and guide upgrade of current Channel capabilities on the next generation platform. Current functionality will be modernized and positioned to support the organization's future growth. Business Architect will also be responsible for Ensuring a client centric approach to solution development by conducting market and client analysis, using tools including User Research, online feedback, customer experience monitoring, competitive intelligence and market leading innovations Analyzing existing capability and determine whether opportunity exists to create competitive advantage, cost efficiencies and revenue growth. Deliver holistic solutions that incorporate Technology, Implementation, Operational and Service requirements into the design, ensuring that all New Product Approval Compliance (NPAC), Legal, Regulatory, & Compliance processes are followed Incorporating strategic thinking and leadership to align on broader organizational goals Participate in architectural governance forum to harmonize and extend design principals; leverage the feedback to maintain a living roadmap Supporting commercialization by Defining and measuring Key Performance Indicators - including user adoption, transaction value, volume, active users, and downloads. Provide quantitative and qualitative updates to stakeholders regularly. Developing announcements, reference materials, press releases, and adoption campaigns, in partnership with marketing & regions. Development Value Learn Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions business by working with product teams across the organization Exposure to regional and local business processes; Develop strong working relationships with TTS team members around the world Enhance your Digital Product Management skills, including the use of Agile Further skills in business & product strategy, and in program execution Develop skills in mobile, cutting edge technology Exposure to senior leadership in TTS
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required 3
years of business analysis Demonstrated practical analytical and problem solving skills required Demonstrated experience in Digital Banking platforms Demonstrated experience in Cash Management Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex subject matter Project management qualifications a plus Sound knowledge of TTS business and the value of IS
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
