Construction Inspector

LiRo is currently seeking full-time Construction Inspectors for multiple building/infrastructure projections throughout the Metropolitan area. Responsibilities Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications Inspect all material upon arrival to the job-site to ensure compliance Review plans to identify potential violations Document inspections and report any issues Determine the quality of materials being used throughout the testing Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management a

years of experience in building construction trades including inspection of site/civil work Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications Strong written and oral communication skills Collaborate with multiple team members Ability and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction site
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
