We're looking for a Director of Public Affairs responsible for strengthening CLEAR's corporate reputation and stakeholder relationships across our network of airport partners and helping open new markets. This individual will monitor issues and opportunities across the aviation space to proactively look for ways to bolster CLEAR's corporate reputation with key stakeholders, and develop and execute public affairs and communications strategies to effectively tell CLEAR's story at the local level to key audiences such as local elected officials, community partners, opinion leaders and members. We're looking for a strategic thinker and self-starter obsessed with the art of the possible and relentless execution.


What You Will Do:


  • Build and strengthen CLEAR's corporate reputation with key audiences and help open new markets
  • Work cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Operations, Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and execute creative public affairs and communications campaigns that advance CLEAR's business objectives and best utilize our assets and resources
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive stakeholder outreach program across our aviation network
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across our aviation network; and educate stakeholders on CLEAR's mission and growth
  • Develop and execute community affairs plans in select markets
  • Manage local execution of major public affairs initiatives at the local level
  • Represent the company at events and stakeholder meetings as needed
  • Monitor emerging issues that could impact our business and operations
  • Develop communications and collateral materials, including (but not limited to) press releases, media advisories, pitch notes, stakeholder communications, fact sheets and decks
  • Manage vendors and political consultants in select markets

Who You Are:


  • 10
    years experience in a political campaign, government role, airport management or fast-paced corporate or agency environment
  • Extensive knowledge of aviation industry and airport business models
  • A strong self-starter who is eager to make their mark in a fast-paced organization
  • Experience working across diverse and differing political and geographic markets
  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • A team player who has experience working across multiple levels, teams, and regions (and time zones)
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Intellectually curious with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
