WTW is recruiting for a Director position in our market-leading Integrated & Global Solutions (IGS) Practice based in the United States. IGS mission is to advise multinational companies' headquarters on all aspects of pensions and benefits provided to workforces around the world. This covers both strategic and operational activity. This role will have a particular focus on expanding our IGS business in Global Retirement Management with a focus on the governance and expertise for managing DC and Savings plans around the world. Our strong position in the market for delivering global actuarial services and global benefits management services is also a strong base for growth in the global retirement management space. Multinational companies face a variety of business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. IGS helps companies to navigate these challenges in relation to pensions, benefits and employment structures. We advise multinational companies on certain specialist topics where IGS has unique experience, and we also act as a single point of contact to help solve client questions where we draw on the expertise of all our colleagues from around the world. The Role This role will entail providing strategic advice and consulting to the Headquarters HR and Finance teams of our multinational clients as it relates to broad global retirement management. Specifically, this role will have a focus on the strategic delivery of global retirement management and related consulting services to the headquarters related to all retirement plans, but with a focus on DC/Savings Plans. You will also be providing advice and services to support financial management of DB plans to our multinational clients in this context and understanding the risk management for such plans is an important part of the broader role. Specifically, in this role you would be expected to perform some or all of the following activities:
Lead complex multi-country retirement consulting projects to multinational clients, such as global governance, setting global strategy, benchmarking and plan design. Provide strategic advice and ongoing support to global pension/benefit committees on their retirement plans globally Support the broader WTW team building and delivering global retirement management services for our clients and leveraging knowledge to colleagues. Provide broad DC and savings plan expertise to support the consulting and service offerings, including leveraging that knowledge to the IGS team. This also entails working closely with local experts to support the IGS team and clients that engage us for global retirement management support. Knowledge on international pension and savings plans and other cross border arrangements is also beneficial for this role. Understanding administrative and investment related issues for DC plans is also important Understanding local market culture and retirement management offerings, especially experience assisting clients who move to external outsourced solutions, is necessary for the success in this role (examples include:
, fiduciary outsourced investment services, Master Trust arrangements, compliance reviews, governance oversight, administration outsourcing, financial wellbeing, employee communications) Be the face to corporate HR and Finance for a set of clients who engage us for global retirement management oversight and strategy. Lead diverse client teams to deliver advice to the headquarters of our multinational clients on employee benefit matters around the world. Such areas of advice could include benefit design, local compliance, local and global governance process, provider selection and benefit delivery, global benefit financing and risk management structures. Work closely with the global Client Relationship Directors (CRDs)/key local CRDs, local Retirement, Investment, Administration and other consultant colleagues across geographies and lines of businesses to grow local and HQ client revenue, with a focus on global retirement management. Keep abreast of changes in legislation, market practice and trends, and proactively support clients in addressing these. Support the use of WTW technology to help clients to maximize the value from the information collected. Lead on intellectual capital development and new business generation, especially as it relates to our DC/Savings plan services within the global retirement management framework. Deal with client delivery issues that arise, and escalate as appropriate. Ensure that wider client team is kept appraised of issues and brought into conversations as necessary. The Requirements Retirement specialist with experience leading global or multi-country retirement management projects and both HQ and local projects to support the ongoing management of retirement plans Direct experience with consulting on global and/or local DC/Savings plan governance Understands the nuances of working across borders, with different cultures and with multinational organizations. Experience in building relationships with large organisations at the headquarters and local country level across a range of retirement topic areas. Self-motivation and the ability to effectively lead and work in teams, including remotely with clients and colleagues in other countries. An ability to engage in a consulting relationship with clients at the headquarters and local country level. Ability to build a network with client contacts and WTW colleagues around the world. A positive and friendly approach to work. A keen desire to learn. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong project management skills and good organisational abilities. An aptitude for managing multiple stakeholder groups. Strong desire to deliver to clients' high quality results, consistently and a proactive approach to working with clients. Working knowledge of DC pensions principles and understanding of investment concepts are desirable Not a requirement but experience with broader global benefits management or multi-country retirement and savings plans is an advantage. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
