New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Princeton, Chicago, or Evanston ZS is expanding its Health Plan practice, for which we seek a Business Consulting Manager to take responsibility for project delivery and client relationships.The leader in this role will also help build the Health Plan practice by generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in health plans, contributing relevant intellectual capital and developing select offerings.
Responsibilities:
Join the Health Plan and Provider (HPP) leadership team and contribute to the Health Plan growth strategy in value-based care and population health offerings Manage multiple projects simultaneously and client relationships, within Health Plans Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high quality engagements within timeline and budget Drive prospecting and business development within key Health Plans Collaborate closely with other ZS team members to drive overall client and practice growth Play an active role in building the practice, its talent pool, growing and mentoring team members Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, consulting capabilities, and offerings within the practice and different ZS communities Qualifications Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Science, Healthcare, or equivalent, with a record of strong academic performance MBA or Advanced Degree from a top university is highly desirable 6
years of experience in management consulting or leadership roles within Health Plans Experience with solutions targeted for Go to Market, Customer/member engagement, Provider Network Management, Value Based Contracting, and Population Health Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with creative intuition enabling data and insight-driven recommendations Experience working with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, employer group insurance, PBMs, and/ or specialty pharmacy Demonstrated experience delivering high quality projects and services within timeline and budget through excellent organization & planning skills Forward thinker and self-starter who thrives on new challenges, imagines solutions, and adapts quickly Ability to collaborate with and lead virtual teams across multiple projects Persistent nature necessary to contribute to client business development efforts with a new client base Strong presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) including experience and comfort presenting concepts to executives A willingness to travel to meet client needs ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable. Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
