CLEAR is looking for a Director of Product Partnerships & Integrations to rapidly scale our business. This person will lead a go-to-market team responsible for the acquisition of new B2B2C partners within CLEARs platform ecosystem. This is a management and leadership role within our Growth organization, and you will report to the VP of Product Partnerships & Integrations.




What You Will Do:



  • Identify opportunities for CLEAR to embed its technology to help customers and partners optimize their business and create better end-user experiences, attracting repeat business aligned to CLEAR's revenue strategy

  • Leverage CLEAR's best-in-class digital identity platform to develop a strong network of strategic long-term relationships

  • Assess verticals in which CLEAR works and identify new partners to help drive opportunity and expand CLEAR's footprint

  • Own the entire B2B2C partnership funnel, from top to bottom

  • Conduct research, deliver competitive intelligence on business trends, capability needs/development, and support internal forecasting processes

  • Hire, lead, and coach a team of partnership managers focused on hunting new business

  • Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our partners, including sustainable economics for both parties

  • Build, ideate and refine all partnership pitch decks, playbooks, battle cards and enablement

  • Support process optimization between product, sales engineering and solutions teams

  • Shorten sale cycles and improve per rep productivity to increase overall departmental performance

  • Refine partnership qualification processes and analyze trends and data to identify new growth areas of opportunity

  • Strong negotiation skills including management of complex legal agreements

  • Experience project managing and being the main point of contact to businesses and their Senior Leadership Teams

  • A deep understanding of our partner's business (typically B2B SaaS) and what drives partner behaviors and decision-making

  • Bachelor's Degree, technical degree or MBA preferred

  • 7
    years experience in enterprise business development and partnership or partnership-related experience
    (new lead generation, outbound prospecting, high volume persistence, CRM diligence)

  • 3
    years in executive alliance or partnership roles

  • 4
    years of recent experience in, and knowledge of negotiating and managing API / SDK integrated partnership

  • Startup experience is highly preferred.

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
